3. Payment and Fees: Full payment is required at the time of booking. All bookings are final and non-refundable.

 

4. Use of Golf Simulation Equipment: Customers agree to use the golf simulation equipment responsibly and follow all usage instructions. Any damage to the equipment caused by misuse or negligence will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

5. Liability Waiver: Customers participate in golf simulation activities at their own risk. Diamond Golf Simulators is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the use of our facilities.
